The artwork on the platforms at Ostkreuz
stands out as one of the largest applied art
projects to date, spanning over 500 square
meters of wall space. In close collaboration
with the DB design team, concepts were
developed, designs created and implemented,
and the entire process carefully documented.
Given the sheer scale, complex architecture,
and constant flow of people at one of
Berlin’s busiest stations, the design had to
assert itself within a highly dynamic
environment — a major challenge.
